Deposit VEINS ALONG THE SLATE FAULT, A FOOTWALL SPUR OF THE OWL-HOBO FAULT, THAT TRENDS ENE AND DIPS 70SE CUTTING THE CRETACEOUS COLORADO FORMATION AND A CRETACEOUS QUARTZ DIORITE SILL. VEIN IS 8-10 FEET WIDE.
