Deposit THIS MINE WAS DEVELOPED THROUGH THE BONNER SHAFT OF THE GOULD AND CURRY MINE AND FROM THE CONSOLIDATED VIRGINIA SHAFT WITH WORKINGS REACHING A TOTAL DEPTH OF 2700 FT. BUT WITH PRACTICALLY NO RECORDED PRODUCTIOM. FIRST STAKED IN 1859. DEVELOPED FROM 1860 TO 186.3, RESUMED IN 1872. WITH LITTLE SUCCESS THROUGH THE TURN OF THE CENTURY, SOME LOW-GRADE ORE WAS ENCOUNTERED IN 1902 AND 1903.
