General comments

Subject category Comment text
Deposit WORKINGS COLLARED IN ALLUVIUM WITH NO STRUCTURE APPARENT AT PORTAL. LIMESTONE IS CUT BY FINE CALCITE VEINLETS WITH ABUNDANT OPEN SPACES AND EXHIBITS LOCALIZED BRECCIATION. BOXWORKS IN LIMESTONE INDICATE FORMER BARITE OR STIBNITE LATHS (OR SOME OTHER ELONGATE MINERAL). LIMESTONE IS SLIGHTLY FOSSILIFEROUS. ADJACENT TO SITE, VERTICAL SHEARING IS EXPOSED IN THE LIMESTONE TRENDING DUE NORTH. SOME QUARTZ VEIN AND GOSSAN MATERIAL WAS OBSERVED IN FLOAT. NO APPARENT MINERALIZED ROCK WAS OBSERVED ON DUMP.
Deposit Discovery Year: EARLY 1900'S?
