  • NEW NAME GIVEN TO AREA COMBINING SEVEN OLDER MINES. IN 1967, FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1883, THERE WAS NO IRON-ORE PRODUCTION IN THE GOGEBIC RANGE.
