  • PRINCIPLE LODE WAS TRACED ALONG THE STRIKE FOR 550 M. EASTERN PART WAS EXPLOITED FROM INCLINED SHAFT, ADIT AND UNDERGROUND DRIFTS AT 17 M, 45 M AND 75 M LEVELS. THE WESTERN VEIN EXTENDS FOR ABOUT 700 M. FOUR METER SHAFT SUNK ON ITS NORTHERN END.

Deposit 2700 TONS OF GOLD ORE WERE OBTAINED DURING 1951-1952, THE LODE WAS NOT FULLY EXPLORED. ORE RESERVES, 5198 TONS, AVERAGE THICKNESS 27.1 CM, AVERAGE GOLD CONTENT 26.79 GR/T, FREE GOLD RESERVES 140.012 GR/T. IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CARRY OUT SOME REVISION WORK AT THE DEPOSIT.
