  • According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Western Utah Copper Company (WUCC) a wholly owned subsidary of Copper King Mining Corp, filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 on May 18, 2010. Before bankruptcy, WUCC claimed it had removed 1,600,000 tons of over burden and ore, and had 200,000 tons of ore ready for processing.
