  • WORKED INTERMITTENTLY 1910-1930'S; LITTLE ACTIVITY EXCEPT ASSESSMENT WORK SINCE 1938. IN 1932 IT WAS ESTIMATED THAT THERE WAS 14,000 TONS OF ORE BETWEEN THE 68-FT. AND 225 FT. LEVELS ON THE MAIN SHAFT BUT THERE IS NO RECORD OF ANY OF THIS HAVING BEEN REMOVED; VALUE WAS ESTIMATED TO RUN $10.50 PER TON BUT RECORDED PRODUCTION BETWEEN 1931-34 RAN CONSIDERABLY LESS. QUARTZ CARRIES $7 - $10 FREE GOLD/TON & SULFIDES AVERASING $400 - $900/TON.
