| Deposit | MILKY QUARTZ VEINS GENERALLY LESS THAN 30 CM WIDE CUT PHYLLITE AND CONGLOMERATE WHICH IS CALCAREOUSLY CEMENTED. TH-E ROCKS ARE FAULTED AND FOLDED AND MAY BE NEAR A MAJOR N-TREND-ING HIGH-ANGLE FAULT. STOPES AND MAJOR WORKINGS WERE NOTED ALO-NG A N-S, 0-35E, LOW ANGLE (THRUST?) FAULT ZONE. THE REMAINING- VEIN MATERIAL IS UP TO 30 CM WIDE. BUT STOPES ARE ABOUT 1.5 M- WIDE. THERE IS SPARSE SERICITE IN THE VEINS WHICH CONTAIN SCA-TTERED LIMONITE CONCENTRATIONS. NO SULFIDE MINERALS WERE OBSER-VED IN THE SAMPLES EXAMINED. SCHEELITE OCCURS IN THE QUARTZ.; MODEL NAME COULD ALSO BE: POLYMETALLIC VEINS. |
