  • THE DEPOSIT IS LOCATED NEAR THE NORTH END OF A NW TRENDING, IRREGULARLY EXPOSED SERPENTINE BELT WHICH IS 5-6 KM WIDE AND ABOUT 40 KM LONG. THE HIGHLY SHEARED SERPENTINE IS BORDERED BY PRE-CRET. META VOLCANIC AND METASED. ROCKS, PLEISTOCENE ALLUVIUM AND MESO. GRANODIORITE INTRUSIVES.

  • WORKINGS CONSISTED OF A SERIES OF 6 PITS AND TRENCHES THAT EXTEND ABOUT 70 M ALONG THE BOTTOM OF A SHALLOW GULLY (1975). THERE WAS ALSO 10-25 M OF TUNNELS AND A 10 M SHAFT (1918).
