NO. 1 SHAFT ON NEW YORK CLAIM WAS SUNK ABOUT 1870 AND IS ABOUT 160 FT DEEP, GOING THROUGH A LARGE OPEN STOPE. TUNNEL 150 FT LONG & 100 FT LONG OPEN STOPE ON EVA CLAIM.
