| Deposit | MN OXIDES IN NW TRENDING VEIN SYSTEM COVERING 5 X 10 KM AREA. NUMEROUS ORE BODIES 0.5-0.6 M WIDE, LATERALLY CONTINUOUS BUT LOW GRADE. ORE MINERALS OCCUR AS FRACTURE-FILLINGS IN BRECCIA ZONES, IN EXTREMELY LOCALIZED HIGH-GRADE ORE BODIES (E.G. MINA LA VENGANZA), AND IN WELL-DEFINED MN OXIDE VEINS OF SHALLOW DEPTH. AT CAMPO GRANDE, SEVERAL PARALLEL ORE BODIES WITH AVERAGE WIDTH OF 2 M WERE MINED TO 20 M DEPTH. |
