Deposit A SHALLOW PIT BESIDE A DIKE OF ULTRAMAFIC ROCK AND TWO SHAFTS APPROXIMATELY 30 FT ( 9 M ) DEEP, SMALL DUMPS INDICATE LITTLE MINING DONE. ASBESTOS PROSPECT IN ULTRAMAFIC DIKE. SCHEELITE INuQUARTZ VEIN. SULFIDES PRESENT IN 4 VEINS, THE BRASSWELL, GOLEY ANN, SHAFT, AND CABIN VEINS. IN 1906 THERE WAS A 35 M SHAFT, 13 M SHAFT, A 64 M CROSSCUTT TUNNEL, AND 13 SMALL PITS AND SHAFTS. GOLD IN PLACERS ANDuWEATHERED BEDROCK.
Deposit AREA HAS BEEN THROUGH ONE OR MORE METAMORPHIC AND DEFORMATIONAL EVENTS.
