  • MINE WAS OPERATED BY THE TELLURIUM GOLD MINING CO. AT AN UNSNOWN TIME. HOWEVER, THIS COMPANY OPERATED THE TELLURIUM MINE A HALF MILE AWAY FROM 1935 TO 1937, SO IT IS PROBABLE THE MASSACHUSETTS MINE WAS OPERATED AT OR ABOUT THE SAME TIME. DEVELOPMENT CONSISTED OF ONE SHAFT.
