  • ALL WORKINGS IN THE DISTRICT ARE BY OPEN PIT MINING. LARGEST PIT MEASURES 2500 FT DIAMETER, 500 FT DEEP.

  • REPORTED TO BE A 10000 TON PER DAY OPERATION. IN 1975 PCA WAS DRILLING AND DEVELOPING A LANGBEINITE ORE BODY JUST WEST OF THE NASH DRAW MINE.
  • EXTENSIVE EXPLORATION BY THE US BUREAU OF MINES IN 1945 - 50 .
