  • ORE HOSTED IN FRANCISCAN COMPLEX--L. TO L. ; GEOL.DESC: VERY THICK BODY OF LOW GRADE STOCKWORK ORE. NEARLY FLAT LYING ORE BED IS 18 TO 20 FT. THICK, EXPOSED FOR A LENGTH OF 75 FT, 32 FT. WIDE, AND IS CUT BY SEVERAL FAULTS OF SMALL DISPLACEMENT. ORE IS MASSIVE WHITE CHERT PENETRATED WITH MANGANESE OXIDE, MOSTLY OF PSILOMELANE TYPE. PROMINENT SLICKEN SIDED FAULT SURFACE STRIKES N 10 W, AND DIPS 65 E.
