| Deposit | A RESSITANT SILICIFIED VEIN WLL OUTCROP PROJECTS NORTH TO NORTHEAST OF THE SHAFT COLLAR. WALLROCKS SHOW BLEACHING, CLAY ALTERATION, IRON-STAINING AND FRACTURING ADJACENT TO THE VEIN. DUMP SAMPLE CONSISTS OF COCKSCOMB QUARTZ VEIN MATERIAL AND ALTERED HOST ROCK. THE ROCKS CONTAIN FINE-GRAINED OXIDIZED PYRITE AND LIMONITE AFTER PYRITE IS COMMON. SHAFT LIES ON NE-STRIKING CONTACT OF OLDER PORPHYRITIC ANDESITE AND OVERLYIN LITHIC CRYSTAL RHYOLITE TUFF. VEIN CONTAINED MILLING ORE WITH VERY HIGH-GRADE TELLURIDE-RICH STREAKS.
