Comments on the reserve resource information

  • Exploration drilling from 1988 to 1991 defined a resource of 330,000 tons averaging 12.3% zinc plus lead, and an additional 440,000 tons averaging 4.7% zinc plus lead. (USBM MLA Report 13-94) Another source (Minerals Yearbook, 1991) says 783,000 tons of 7% zinc plus copper, lead, and silver, in addition to 328,000 tons of 12.3% zinc and lead.
