MISSISSIPPI CHEMICAL CORP. PURCHASED THE PROPERTY. NATIONAL POTASH CO. IS A 100% SUBSIDIARY. THERE ARE NO PLANS TO REOPEN THE MINE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. AS OF FEB. 1995 MINE IS STILL SHUTDOWN. MINE STATUS WILL BE CHANGED TO PAST PRODUCER. |
