Comments on the reserve resource information

  • MEASURED RESERVE GRADE RANGES FROM 27 TO 30 PERCENT P205.
  • PRODUCTION AT RIECITO WAS SUSPENDED IN 1979 DUE TO THE HIGH LEVEL OF SILICA IN THE UNBENEFICIATED ORE (27-35%) WHICH RESULTED IN DIFFICULTIES IN THE PRODUCTION OF PHOSPHORIC ACID. HOWEVER, AT THE END OF 1985, WORK COMMENCED ON THE MINE TO BRING IT ON-STREAM IN THE NEAR FUTURE. A TRIP REPOST BY A BUREAU EMPLOYEE REVEALED THAT THE MINE WAS INDEED PRODUCING, BUT THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED IN LITERATURE.
