THE SRI TIMAH DREDGE IS ESTIMATED TO DEPLETE ITS RESERVES BY 1991, WITH RESERVES COVERING 418.7 ACRES. THE SRI DENGHIL DREDGE IS ESTIMATED TO DEPLETE ITS RESERVES BY 1997, WITH RESERVES COVERING 595.2 ACRES. THE TIN CONCENTRATE IS FORWARDED TO THE KUMPULAN PERANGSANG SELANGOR (KPS) AGENCY IN KUALA LUMPUR, FOR FORWARDING TO THE DATUK KEREMAT SMELTER IN PENANG. THE BYPRODUCTS ARE STOCKPILED AT THE MINESITE, AND ARE PURCHASED AS DEMAND REQUIRES.
