Comments on the reserve resource information

  • THE KALMAKYR DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS FOR 6.7% OF TOTAL FORMER USSR PRODUCTION AND 4.0% OF USSR RESERVES(GEOEXPLORERS). BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE UDOKEN DEPOSIT, THIS WOULD PUT RESOURCES AT KALMAKYR AT ABOUT 250 MMT. GRADE INFORMATION IS NOT AVAILABLE.
  • THE ALMALYSKY COMPLEX AND ITS MINES, THE KALMAKYRSKOE, THE SARY-CHEKU, AND THE DALNEE MINES, HAVE AN AVERAGE RESERVE OF 1,300,000 TO 1,450,000 METRIC TONS OF COPPER ORE WHICH CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 1,300,000 TO 1,400,000 METRIC TONS OF COPPER METAL. THE ALMALYSKY COMPLEX, ALONG WITH THE KOITASH AND THE KAKSAISKOE DEPOSITS, SHARES A TOTAL MOLYBDENUM ORE RESOURCE OF APPROXIMATELY 200,000 TO 300,000 METRIC TONS AND WHICH CONTAINS APPROXIMATELY 15,000 TO 20,000 METRIC TONS OF MOLYBDENUM METAL.
