| Deposit | INFORMATION FROM PRR-1739, DATED 1953. RADIOACTIVITY- 3-5XBG DEPOSIT DIRECTIONS- GO 2 BLOCKS EAST FROM RICO POSTOFFICE, T NORTH AND FOLLOW ROAD TO MILL AND MINE (ABOUT 3 MILES). BEDDED HERMOSA SEDIMENTS ARE CUT BY BLACK HAWK VEIN AND MONZ INTRUSIVES. MINERALIZATION: PYRITE QUARTZ AGGREGATE, MASSIVE MINE WORKINGS ARE EXTENSIVE AND IN POOR REPAIR. A SKETCH MAP TUNNEL IS INCLUDED IN THE PRR REPORT. |
