Deposit UNKNOWN BUT PROBABLY VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF CORUNDUM OCCURS IN AREA. MATERIAL IS OF POOR COLOR; HEAT TREATMENT CAUSES SOME TO TURN A GOOD BLUE SUITABLE FOR CABACHON-CUT GEMSTONES.
