Deposit EXAMINED FOR BOM MLA STUDY OF THE MT. STIRLING BLM WILDERNESS. NAME "NOONDAY" IS FROM AN 1888 CLAIM THAT WAS LOCATED IN THE AREA. AN ADIT IS AT 6300 FT. ELEVATION NEAR THE CENTER OF THE SE QUARTER SEC, 23 ANOTHER ADIT IS AT ELEY 6960 FT. NEAR CENTER OF NE QUARTER SEC, 23.
