HAS SIGNED AN OPTION AGREEMENT WITH CHIEF CONSOLIDATION TO EXPLORE AND POTENTIALLY REACTIVATE- THE BURGIN MINE. THIS OPTION TERMINATED IN 1993. CHIEF CONSOLIDATED TERMINATED LEASE WITH SUNSHINE MINING COMPANY IN 1993. THYSSEN MINING CONSTRUCTION OF CANADA LTD HAS AGREED TO A 3 PHASE PLAN TO CONDUCT PRELIMINARY MINE ENGINEERING DESIGN, BUDGETING AND PLANNING SERVICES (PI): (P2); THYSSEN WOULD COMPLETE ALL NECESSARY CONSTRUCTION IF FINANCING IS OBTAINED: (P3); THYSSEN WOULD OPERATE THE MINE: (INFO AS OF NOV. 96).
