  • THE ORE IS DEFFERENT FROM THAT OF MOST CANADIAN GOLD MINES, BEING VERY FINE GRAINED GOLD IN PYRITE. THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF ORE: (1) FINE GRAINED MASSIVE PYRITE MINERALIZATION ASSOCIATED WITH CARBONACEOUS ALTERED DACITE AND SLATY SEDIMENTARY ROCKS, AND (2) COARSE PYRITE CRYSTALS IN CHLORITE ROCK.
