  • A FEASIBILITY STUDY WAS FINISHED MID 1992 ON A PLAN TO DEV. AN OPEN PIT MINE USING HEAP LEACH AND SX-EW. MINEABLE RESERVES ESTIMATED AT 81 M MT @ 0.82% CU. PRODUCTION IS EXPECTED BY 1996 AT 40,000 MTPY COPPER CATHODE FROM SX-EW OPERATION. CAPITAL COST IS ESTIMATED AT $174 M ($US 150 M)
