Deposit CIDA RARE EARTH DEPOSIT IS LOCATED IN DECHANG COUNTY, LIANSHAN YI AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT, 432 KM SOUTHWEST OF CHENGDU AND 25 KM SOUTH OF THE COUNTY, WHICH IS A STATION OF THE RAILWAY. THERE IS A MINE ROAD THAT LEADS TO THE DEPOSIT FROM THE COUNTY CITY. CIDA IS A TALUS-ALLUVIAL DEPOSIT OF QUATERNARY PERIOD. THE MAIN INDUSTRIAL MINERAL IN THE ORE IS FERGUSONITE WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH ZIRCON. THE DEPOSIT HAS A RESERVE OF FERGUSONITE MINERAL 658 T (AND ZIRCON MINERAL 5112 T) WITH ORE GRADE OF FERGUSONITE 114.19 GRAM/CUBIC METER. THE DEPOSIT CAN BE MINED BY OPEN PIT, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN MINED YET. PROPERTY ACCESS: CHENGDU-W.KUNMING RAILWAY
