Deposit POWERS MINE IS ONE OF THREE IN THE RATTLESNAKE DISTRICT THAT PRODUCED 163 OZ GOLD, 2,310 OS SILVER, AND 12,200 LB COPPER BETWEEN 1908-40. DEVELOPMENT CONSISTS OF AN ADIT WITH ABOUT 600 FT OF WORKINGS WITH 2 WINZES AND A RAISE, AND AN ADJACENT ADIT WITH 25 FT OF WORKINGS. FOUR MAJOR SHEARS IN RHYOLITE AND ALTERED RHYOLITE WITH LIMONITE AND GOUGE, SPOTTY GOLD AND SILVER MINERALIZATION.
