  • PROPERTY IS REPORTED TO BE ABOUT 10 MILES NORTH OF BRADY HOT SPRINGS IN THE NIGHTENGALE MINING DISTRICT. HOWEVER, THE NIGHTENGALE DISTRICT IS MAINLY IN T. 24 AND 25 N., R. 24 E. (NEV. BUR. MINES AND GEOL. REPORT 47, 1992, PLATE 1). THE FILE ALSO SAYS THAT THE PROSPECT IS 30 MILES NORTHEAST OF FERNLEY, 10 MILES OFF HIGHWAY 40, AND THAT THE SOURTHERN PACIFIC RAILWAY "...IS NOT MANY MILES...." THE TELEPHONE WELL 7.5-MIN. TOPO MAP SHOWS A QUARRY IN THE SE/4 SE/4 SEC. 18, T. 24 N., R. 26 E. THE LOCATION OF THIS RECORD IS PLACED ON THIS QUARRY.
