Deposit PROPERTY IS LOCATED 3 KM SOUTH OF VIRGINIA CITY, NEVADA. JUST NORTH OF THE STOREY/LYON COUNTY BOUNDRY LINE. RE-DEVELOPMENT OF A MINE TO BEGAN IN AUG., 93; PHASE I AT 2041 MT/D OP MINE, @ 40,000 OZ AU/YR HEAP LEACH. HEAD GRADES OF 2.4G/T AU; 24G/T AG: COST US$2.5M, (REA GOLD CORP.) PHASE 2: NEW 81,647 MT PROCESSING FACILITY TO HANDLE 3.6MT/Y AT 1.7G/T. ALL ORE FROM THE LUCERNE PIT OF PHASE I. CONTINUE DRILLING DOWN DIP OF LECERNE PIT. THIS DRILLING CONFIRMED HIGHER GRADES IN THE SOUTH STARTER ZONE OPEN PIT. AN EASTWARD EXTENSION OF THE LUCERNE ORE BODY. PHASE 2: THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE BILLY THE KID PROCESSING PLANT BEGINING IN 1995, CAP OF 1.2M ST/Y, IT WILL PROCESS ORE FROM THE LUCERNE AND BTK PITS.
