MAGNETITE IS RECOVERED FROM THE SPIRAL TAILS BY WET HIGH INTENSITY MAGNETICS. ABOUT 56 PCT OF THE CONCENTRATE IS PELLETIZED ON SITE; THE REMAINDER IS SHIPPED AS SINTER FEED. ALL PRODUCTS ARE RAILED TO SEPT-ILES ON THE ST. LAWRENCE RIVER FOR SHIPMENT TO MARKETS. |
