BECAUSE OF THIS AGREEMENT, THE LELYDORP PROJECT IS LIKELY TO GO AHEAD ACCORDING TO BILLITON OFFICIALS. A FURTHER TWO TO THREE YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT WOULD BE REQUIRED. |
