Comments on the reserve resource information

  • FOR CURRENT STUDIES, THIS PROPERTY IS COMBINED INTO GECAMINES CENTRAL DIVISION, SEQ NO. 7660400031.
  • ESTIMATE BASED ON BROOK HUNT, WESTERN WORLD COPPER COSTS, VOL 3, AFRICA
  • THESE RESERVE FIGURES DO NOT INCLUDE THE EXTENSION OF THE OREBODY TO THE NORTH. TOTAL RESERVES ARE ESTIMATED TO BE AT LEAST TWICE THE PROVEN RESERVES.
  • RESERVES FOR THIS ECONOMIC STUDY DOES NOT INCLUDE N. EXTENSION RESERVES WHICH ARE NOT FULLY KNOWN AND WILL REQUIRE A NEW SHAFT TO DEVELOP. A NEWLY DISCOVERED SLIP FAULT THAT INTERSECTS AND THREATENS THE STABILITY OF THE PRODUCTION SHAFT HAS CAUSED A RE-EVALUATION OF THE ECONOMICS OF EXPLOITING THE NORTHERN EXTENSIONS OF THE OREBODY.
