Environmental Factors OTHER WASTE INCLUDES 16 DRUMS OF ASH AND DISCARDED CUPELS, AND TWO 30 GALLON DRUMS OF GREEN GLASSY SLAG. HYPALON LINER UNDER PAD WITH GEOTEXTILE COVER OVER CLAY BASE WITH A PERMEABILITY OF 2 X 10-8 CM/SEC AT 95% COMPACTION. THERE WAS MINE SITE ACTIVITY BEFORE 1940.
