Deposit INFORMATION FROM DMEA REPORT, DOCKET NO. 1405, DATED 1951. A TIME OF THE REPORT, THERE HAD BEEN NO URANIUM PRODUCTION FRO CLAIMS WHICH WERE THEN CONTROLLED BY A.J. FARNSWORTH, COLO. CLAIMS ARE IN SECS. 4 AND 9, T. 9 N., R. 92 W., AND ARE ON T 1/2 MINUTE MAP, EAST TIMBERLAKE CREEK. THE DMEA REPORT CONCL HAD NOT BEEN DEMONSTRATED THAT ANY URANIUM EXISTS ON THE CLA WITH THE RESULT BEING A DENIAL OF ASSISTANCE.
