Deposit INDUSTRIAL WATER IS PUMPED FROM THE POTOMAC RIVER. POTABLE WATER IS OBTAINED FROM A WELL. POWER IS TRANSMITTED TO THE SITE. THE PRESENT ACCESS ROAD IS TWO LANE AND BLACKTOPPED. THE PLANT AT FULL CAPACITY EMPLOYS 861 PEOPLE, 661 HOURLY AND 200 SALARIED EMPLOYEES.
