Environmental Factors THERE WERE NO TAILINGS ON SITE. THERE WERE NO DISCHARGING ADITS, FILLED SHAFTS, SEEPS, OR SPRINGS IDENTIFIED AT THE SITE DURING THE INVESTIGATION. THE EAST FORK OF ELK CREEK FLOWED ALONG THE TOE OF THE WASTE ROCK DUMP. TWO POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS OPEN SHAFTS WERE IDENTIFIED AT THE SITE.
