ONLY UNDER DIRE NATIONAL EMERGENCY WOULD A MINING VENTURE OR A LARGE- SCALE MINING POSSIBLY BE PERMITTED. SEE REFERENCE NO. 714 & 715 P. 8. DEPOSIT HAS NEVER PRODUCED ALUMINUM.
