CONSISTS OF PENTLANDITE AND PYRRHOTITE MINERALS,THE AMOUNT OF N1 IN THE PYRRHOTITE IS EQUAL TO 20% OF TOTAL N1 RECOVERY. PYRRHOTITE ALSO ACTS AS A FUEL IN THE FLASH SMELTING PROCESS CRUSHING-RUN OF MINE ORE IS CRUSHED UNDERGROUND IN 2 SUCCESS SIVE VAN CRUSHERS PRODUCING 100% -200MM. ORE IS AUTOMATICALL Y HOISTED TO A 300 TON STORAGE BIN LOCATED IN THE HEADFRAME ORE MOVES TO 5 FT SYMONS STANDARD CONE CRUSHER FOLLOWED BY DOUBLE-DECK VIBRATING SCREEN FOLLOWED BY SYMONS SHORTHEAD CONE CRUSHER. THE CAPACITY OF THE CRUSHING PLANT IS 100-170 TPH PRODUCT BEING 80%-10MM OPERATES 2 SHIFTS GRINDING-ORE IS GROUND IN 2 STAGES IN 1 ROD MILL AND 2 PEBBLE MILLS.
