Deposit CONTRACT J0377000. ZELLARS-WILLIAMS INC.; FLORIDA PHOSPHATE PROJECT, EFFECTIVE DATE: JUNE 30, 1977. THE HOOKER CHEMICAL PROPERTIES CONSIST OF SEVENTY DEPOSIT LOCATIONS, GROUPED INTO EIGHT UNITS. THREE UNITS ARE IN MAURY COUNTY, THREE UNITS IN HICKMAN COUNTY, AND ONE UNIT EACH IN GILES AND WILLIAMSON COUNTIES. CENTRAL LOCATION IS THE GODWIN WASH PLANT. OCCIDENTAL IS CURRENTLY CLEANING UP ALL OF THEIR PROPERTIES IN TENNESSEE. WHEN THEY HAVE FINISHED, THE LAND RIGHTS WILL REVERT TO THE ORIGINAL LANDOWNERS (CONVERSATION W/ COMPANY OFFICIALS - APRIL 1993). DIMENSIONS ARE IDEALIZED FOR MINABLE AREA.
