O-BOTH FALCONBRIDGE PHILIPPINES, INCORPORATED AND GLOBAL MINING RESOURCES, INCORPORATED ARE PARTICIPANTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY. ALTHOUGH THEIR LEVEL OF EQUITY IN THE PROJECT IS UNKNOWN, IT CANNOT EXCEED 40%, BASED UPON THE 1974 GOVERNMENTAL DECREE FOR MINERAL RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT. GANGUE MINERALS INCLUDE OLIVINES, ENSTATITE AND MINOR AMOUNTS OF CHROMITE AND MAGNETITE. ACTINOLITE AND TALC ARE ALSO EVIDENT. 300 OPERATING DAYS PER YEAR WITH 3 SHIFTS PER DAY WAS ESTIMATED AND NOT GIVEN IN THE REPORT FOR PROPOSED MINE OR MILL.
