  • THE HUGE DEPOSIT HAS A TOTAL RESERVE MENTIONNED IN THE TABLE CONTAINING: 3,825 MT AG; 1.44 MMT PB; 2.24 MMT ZN; AND 30 MT AU. THE PARTIAL GRADES OF ZN AND PB ARE 8.8% AND 6.0%, RESPECTIVELY.

Deposit THE GACHUN AG-RICH DEPOSIT IS LOCATED IN THE WESTERN PART OF SICHUAN PROVINCE ON THE TIBETAN PLATEAU, 437 KM WEST OF CHENGDU, 80 KM EAST OF BAISHUI COUNTY IN THE GANZE TIBETIAN AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT. ACCESS IS BY THE CHENGDU-GANGZE MAIN ROAD. IT IS THE BIGGEST AG-ZN-PB DEPOSIT IN SICHUAN PROVINCE AND HAS BEEN EXPLORED IN DETAIL SINCE 1983. BECAUSE OF LONG TRANSPORTATION DISTANCES, PLANS FOR MINING HAVE NOT BEEN MADE.
