| Deposit | MILS DATA FIELD "INITIAL YEAR OF PRODUCTION" IS THE SMELTER YEAR OF START-UP. THIS SMELTER IS TO BE CLOSED IN 1988, 89. IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE 1987 AL-STUDY, BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN IN OPERATION FOR THE 15 YEARS PRIOR TO THE STUDY, FOR THIS STUDY SMELTER WAS CLOSED IN 1990. ALL GRADE DATA IS IN TERMS OF WT PCT CONTAINED ALUMINUM. TRANSPORT RECORDS 01, 02 ARE GENERAL, AND WERE USED IN THE 1987 AL-AVAILABILITY STUDY. RECORD 03 IS MORE SPECIFIC, IT WAS USED IN THE ALUMINUM SUPPLY MODEL STUDY. |
