Subject category Comment text
Deposit THE PAMPA LARGA TYPE DEPOSIT AT ALACRAN IS UNUSUAL IN THAT MINERALIZATION HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN TEMPRETURE DURING VARIOUS CRYSTALLIZATION STAGES. IN CONJUNC WITH THE GREAT VARIETY OF METALS PRESENT IN THE DEPOSIT, THI PHENOMENON HAS CAUSED A SUITE OF MINERALS TO FORM THAT IS UN WITH RESPECT TO ITS CONSTITUENTS. SILVER HAS LOST SOME OF ITS IMPORTANCE IN THIS DEPOSIT AND H OVERSHADOWED THE IMPORTANCE OF ANTIMONY AND ARSENIC. THIS FA DIRECTLY RELATED TO MINING HISTORY AT ALACRAN.
