  • REO (RARE EARTH OXIDE)
  • OPEN PITTABLE,OXIDE ORE = 363,000 MT AT 2.61 G AU/MT. UG MINABLE ORE= 2,358,000 MT AT 7.51 G AU/MT. THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE UPPER GASCOYNE DISTRICT, ABOUT 300 KM ENE OF CARNARVON. HOST ROCK IS AN IRONSTONE GOSSAN FROM THE LOWER PROTEROZOIC. ROUGHLY ELLIPTICAL CARBONATITE DIKES HAVE PENETRATED GNEISSES, GRANITES, AND SYENITES. IRONSTONE GOSSANS HAVE FORMED, WHICH CONTAIN COARSE-GRAINED MONAZITE, ENRICHED IN NEODYMIUM AND EUROPIUM.
