  • ORE OCCURS IN QUARTZ VEINS ABOUT 3 TO 4 FEET WIDE AT THE CONTACT OF GRANITE AND LIMESTONE. THESE VEINS INTRUDE THE LIMESTONE. THE HIGH-GRADE SKARN DEPOSITS ARE MINED OUT AND MINING NOW IS RESTRICTED TO QUARTZ VEINS IN THE GRANITE.
