  • MINE IS IN REDEVELOPMENT. SHAFT IS IN PROCESS AND SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY 10/95. MINE PRODUCED IN 1960S AND SHOULD GO INTO BY 2001. MINE WAS WORKED ONLY BRIEFLY.
  • FALCONBRIDGE HAS CONFIRMED REPORTS OF AN EXCEPTIONALLY RICH INTERSECTION AT ITS NICKEL RIM PROPERTY. THE INTERSECTION "PROBABLY REPRESENTS THE DOWNDIP EXTENSION OF THE VICTOR DEPOSIT". DRILLING HAS INTERSECTED 5% NICKEL, 27% COPPER, 11 GM PLATINUM AND 11 GM PALLADIUM PER MT. THE INTERSECTION IS 2,500 M BELOW THE SURFACE.
