Deposit RECORDS 800-813 OF 1975 ENTRY CASSITERITE IS MENTIONED AS A CONSTITUENT OF PEGMATITE BUT I CONCERNING ITS CHARACTER IS UNAVAILABLE THE DEPOSIT IS IN COGSHELL PARK WHICH APPEARS TO BE UNDER MU JURISDICTION REC 040, A ROAD AND A POWER LINE ARE WITHIN 1000 FT OF THE D VEGETATION IS PROBABLY LIGHTLY WOODED MAX. SUR. AREA DISTURBED WAS ROUGHLY CALCULATED FROM A 7.5 M ASSUMING A BLOCK 300 FT X 900 FT. SUFFIENT TO BUILD A ROAD. REC 050. DEPOSIT DICOVERED AND EXAMINED BY ROSCOE WHITNEY. REC 060, PEG INTRUDES A GNEISSOID FINE-GRAINED BIOTITE GNEIS REC 070, MINERALOGY OF THE PEG. PEG IS OF MODERATE GRAIN S REC 080 CASSITERITE OCCURS IN A PEG THAT STRIKES NEARLY NORT 10 FT WIDE AND MORE THAN 300 FT LONG.
