Deposit DEPOSIT EVALUATED BY EFOC PERSONNEL AT MAFO. THERE ARE NO RESERVES DIRECTLY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PLANT. PLANT COULD OPERATE AS LONG AS DOW CAN SUPPLY SLURRY. DOW PRESENTLY ESTIMATES A MINIMUM LIFE OF 25 YEARS, SO MINE LIFE ASSUMED FOR THIS OPERATION IS 25 YEARS. ACTUAL MINE LIFE IS POSSIBLY MUCH LONGER, AS BRINE RESOURCES ARE REPORTED AS INDEFINITE. UPDATE WAS DONE MARCH 1988 PRODUCTION FIGURES WERE GIVEN BY COMMODITY SPECIALIST IN WASHINGTON DC
